Exchange Policy

As internet shoppers ourselves, we understand that at times the fit or color of a product may not meet your expectations, and you may wish to exchange a product for a new size or color. Exchanges are accepted within ten (10) days of receipt. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please submit an exchange request.

Once your return item has been received, we will issue a credit, minus a $12.99 handling fee. Unfortunately, original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please note: We cannot accept any items that have been worn, laundered, altered, embroidered, or personalized, and all original packaging and tags must be intact. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange final sale or clearance items.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within ten (10) days of receipt. To initiate a return, please submit a return request.  We will generate a prepaid label for you to use to send your return items back to us. Once your return has been received, a refund will be credited to your card, minus a $12.99 handling fee. Unfortunately, original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Items

We understand that garments may be lost or damaged during shipping and handling. If you receive a product in a damaged condition, please promptly report it to Just Cause Apparel (JCA) customer service department and initiate the process of returning the item(s) within 10 days of receipt. JCA strives to create resolutions under all appropriate circumstances according to our terms and conditions.  JCA reserves the right to review all returns due to damage that are initiated after the 10 day window on a case by case basis. Upon our receipt of the damaged item(s), the customer will be issued credits, a refund, or new product(s) within 7 days from receipt of the damaged product.
